Explanation  
In all five languages, we can say our name in two ways: "My name is..." and "I am called/named...". Notice also the use of the possessive adjective "my": it varies in gender and number with the noun.
Examples: PT Meu nombre é Liliane (My name is Liliane) - masculine, singular;
PT Meus olhos são pretos (My eyes are black) - masculine, plural;
PT Minha mãe é muito amavél (My mother is very kind) - feminine, singular;
PT Minhas amigas vão ir embora (My female friends are going abroad) - femine, plural.
